Welcome!

Hi, I'm Jessica! I'm a mom, baker, aspiring chef, Disney lover, crafter, and educator. 

As a project director at the Cain Center for STEM Literacy at LSU, I create STEM curriculum, promote STEM literacy, provide professional development for teachers, and support elementary STEM, math, and ELA teachers. 

I'm also embarking on a new journey for helping teachers and busy humans in general to be their own version of healthier. I'm passionate about making fitness fun, meal prepping, and creating healthier Disney treats. 

Beyond my professional life, I'm a mom to one daughter, Carly, and two furry companions, Lilo and Sugar. I love sharing recipes, lesson plans, classroom activities, and more.
